Cancellation Policy

At True Touch Wellness Massage, we value your time and the time of our therapists. This policy ensures fairness, availability, and a smooth experience for all clients.

Confirmed Sessions:
Once a therapist has been assigned and your appointment has been confirmed, a 7% booking and coordination fee associated with the reservation becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the total session price.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 80% of the total session price.

No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the scheduled session, failure to be present at the service location, or inability to provide access to the therapist will be charged 100% of the total session price.

Payment Method:
A valid payment method is required to book an appointment. By booking, you authorize True Touch Wellness Massage to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

Access & Arrival:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate address details and timely access. Delays beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or be considered a no-show.

Note:
There will be no charge if you cancel before a therapist has been assigned to your appointment.
