Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At True Touch Wellness Massage, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer the slot to another client and helps maintain a smooth schedule.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours):
  Will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-shows (missed appointment without notice):
  Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

These charges help compensate for the time reserved exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment:

• Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• The full service fee will apply.
• Arriving 15+ minutes late may be considered a no-show, depending on the schedule.

No Refunds on Completed Services

All massage services are non-refundable once completed.
